AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF BUDGET AUTHORITY AND PAYMENT OF 2025 TAX FORECLOSURE SALE PROCEEDS TO TREASURER HOLDING ACCOUNT.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize a transfer of budget authority of $1,281,357.08 from the Operating Reserve in the General Fund to the Treasurer Administration fund center in the General Fund; and authorize payment of such amount to the necessary Treasurer fund in order for 2025 Tax Foreclosure Sale proceeds to be distributed as ordered the 18th Judicial District Court.
